Prestige Group Awards and Recognition

Irfan Razack received CREDAI National’s Lifetime Achievement Award in December 2025. The award marked his long service to real estate and the builders’ body. He has served as President of CREDAI Bengaluru and Karnataka and as Chairman of CREDAI National. Forum Mall Kochi also won a design award in 2025. It was named the winner in the Shopping Malls category at the ET DesignScape Awards. A year earlier, Razack received the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award and a Hall of Fame honour from the Commercial Design Awards.

The 2025 list includes a career award for the group’s chairman and design wins linked to Forum Kochi. Each award names a person, project or firm.

• ET DesignScape Awards: Bentel Associates won for Forum, Kochi, in Interior Design — Mixed Use, Non Metro. This was a separate award for the interior design work.

Prestige’s 2024 record covers hotels, homes, malls and building work. It also includes honours for the company and its chairman.

• CNBC Real Estate Awards: Prestige Leela Residences won Best Residential Project in the Ultra Luxury Segment.
• CNBC Real Estate Awards: Forum Mall Kochi won Best Retail Project.
• CWAB Awards: Prestige received India’s Top Builder honour in the National Category.
• Hurun India Real Estate: Prestige received Most Respected Real Estate Brand of India recognition.
• Construction Week Awards: Prestige Skytech was a joint winner of Façade Project of the Year.
• Karnataka Rajyotsava Award: Awarded to Irfan Razack.
• Commercial Design Awards: Irfan Razack received a Hall of Fame honour

Skytech shared its award with another project. The category covered the façade, or outer face of the building. The hotel, home and mall awards also belong to the named projects.

Irfan Razack received the IHC London and IIHM Lifetime Achievement Award, listed under 2023 in public award histories. Prestige’s director profile confirms the honour for his long contribution to real estate.

This award recognises his career. It is separate from awards won by a building or by the company. That distinction helps readers see who received each honour.

The 2022 list includes awards for customer service, business leadership and golf. The full award names make their scope clear.

• SAP ACE Awards: Prestige Estates Projects Limited won Best Customer Experience Management.
• EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2022: Irfan Razack won the Energy, Real Estate & Infrastructure category.
• GIA Industry Awards: Prestige Golfshire was named the Most Picturesque Golf Course.

The EY ceremony took place in February 2023. The award year was still 2022. Razack was a category winner, while the overall award went to Sajjan Jindal.

Prestige’s 2021 record includes an award for low-rise homes and a national builder honour. These wins relate to two different parts of the group’s work.

• FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence: Prestige Augusta Golf Village won World Silver in the Residential Low Rise category.
• CWAB Awards: Prestige Estates Projects Limited received India’s Top Builder honour in the National Category.

The reported 2020 list covers project launches, mixed-use spaces, marketing and the workplace. Several entries came from Realty Plus.

• India Property Awards — Shopping Mall of the Year, South: Forum Shantiniketan.

The CIDC Vishwakarma Awards recognised several Prestige sites in the Best Construction Projects category. The company’s report names these five projects:

Prestige reported 16 wins at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2016. Selected awards covered homes, offices, golf and marketing.

• Best Golf Development: Prestige Golfshire.
• Best Commercial High-Rise Development: Prestige Polygon.
• Best Mixed-Use Development: Prestige Falcon City.
• Best Development Marketing: Prestige Lakeside Habitat.
• Best Developer Website: Prestige Estates Projects Limited.

The 2015 record includes villa homes, a high-rise project and marketing work. It also includes an award for the group’s magazine.

• NDTV Property Awards — Premium Villa Project of the Year: Prestige Silver Oak and Prestige Oasis.
• Construction Week — High-Rise Project of the Year: Prestige White Meadows.
• Marketing Campaign of the Year: Prestige Lakeside Habitat.
• Best In-House Magazine: Falcon News. The last two entries were at the National Awards for Marketing Excellence.

Prestige Battersea is being marketed as an upcoming home project on Hennur Road in North Bangalore. Its promotional details describe about 12 acres, seven towers and 1,900 homes. These figures need confirmation in the builder’s final project papers.

The advertised range includes 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK homes, from about 650 to 2,800 sq. ft. The group’s awards provide background on its past work. Buyers should assess Battersea through its own floor plans, price sheet, approvals and handover terms.
